    Built an end-to-end in-store pickup (“will-call”) scheduling system spanning a NestJS backend (race-free pickup timeline, reschedule gating, native Shopify pickup webhooks), a Shopify Admin UI Extension, a storefront calendar UI, and transactional emails — digitizing a program that has fulfilled 200,000+ pickup orders since 2017. Also owned the trade-account (B2B) approval workflow, a metafield-driven lead-time sync engine, Checkout UI Extensions surfacing freight arrival windows, and the custom Algolia-powered theme.

    National Seafood E-Commerce & Franchise Brand — Headless Platform

    Led the migration of a 5-year-old Gatsby headless storefront to Next.js as primary contributor, modernizing to React, Prisma, Clerk auth, and Sentry. Built a perishable-goods checkout app from scratch — a TypeScript Shopify Function for delivery-date and blackout-date logic plus cart-composition-aware Checkout UI Extensions — with privacy/consent compliance and sustained WCAG AA accessibility. Powers a seven-figure annual DTC revenue stream and overnight live-seafood shipping across ~80 franchise locations.

    Supplement & Healthcare Brand — Practitioner Program App

    Built a full-stack embedded app that automates healthcare-practitioner onboarding: on approval it programmatically creates Shopify customers, issues free-product orders, tags affiliates, and syncs each application to Google Sheets and a Monday.com CRM board with idempotent upsert / dedup logic. The pipeline has processed 2,400+ approved applications, replacing manual account creation and CRM entry.
